- They should keep their lamps burning.
- They should be awake/alert. v36.
- Those who are found waiting shall be blessed.
- They should be prepared all the time since they don’t know the time for Christ’s coming. V.39
- Believers should continue working until Christ comes back. v.43
- The servants/believers who are drunkards/mistreat fellow workers will be punished v.45-46
- Those who know what is required of them/their masters will and fail to do it will receive a severe beating. v47.
- Believers are supposed to respond to God according to how much they have received from him.
- Those who do wrong out of ignorance will receive lesser beatings/punishment. v.48
- How did Jesus celebrate the last supper with his disciples? Luke 22:14-38 (7 marks)
- Jesus sat with his disciples at one table.
- He told them that he had desired to have the meal with them
- He took the cup, gave thanks and asked the disciples to share.
- He also took the bread, gave thanks, broke it and gave it to them.
- He explained to them the meaning of the bread and wine/the bread was his body/the wine was his blood that would zeal the new covenant.
- He commanded the disciples to hold the ritual in memory of him.
- He informed them that he would be betrayed by one of them.
- He taught the disciples qualities of good leadership/humility/service to others.

- Organ transplant is like transferring one’s life to another human being
- Transplanting an organ from an animal to human being is undermining human dignity
- Life is sacred and only God has power over it
- Transplanting an organ from animals to human beings leads to transferring of diseases from one species to another
- Organ transplant saves life
- An example of organ transplant was performed by God during the story of creation. God removed a rib from Adam’s body and used it to create Eve
- Human beings are continuing with the creation work of God through organ transplant(co-creators)
- Donating and transplanting it into another human being is an expression of love and concern for those suffering as taught by Jesus

- Wealth should be acquired in the right manner
- Wealth is a gift from God/God given

- Poverty is not as a result of sin/the poor can also enjoy God’s blessings
- Wealth can be an hindrance for one to enter the kingdom of God
- One cannot serve God and wealth
- Wealth cannot satisfy all human needs/cannot answer human quest for salvation
- Those who have wealth should avoid extravagance/luxury
- Earthly wealth/possession is temporary
- Those who have wealth should use it responsibly/wisely.
