    In many cases, people live together or interact quite often in a good way. This helps them achieve their common goals in life, as well as help one another. However, sometimes they may experience conflicts due to a difference in opinion, failure to share resources equitably and social problems such as poverty and theft. It is important to note that when conflicts occur, we should always solve them through peaceful ways such as by negotiation, mediation, arbitration and reconciliation.
