Time at longitude X is 8:00 p.m.
I.e. 6 hours ahead of that at 45 °E
From 2 pm to 8 p.m =6 hours
This is 6 hours ahead of that at 45°E
6 hours *60 minutes
360 minutes =90
4 minutes
X is 90° East of longitude 45°E
=90°+45°=135°
Longitude X is 135°
