7. Samuel helped in offering sacrifices to God.
8. He led the Israelites to war against their enemies before he anointed Kings.
9. He took care of the tabernacle and the covenant box of the Lord.
10. He performed priestly duties in the house of the Lord, eg, here placed Eli the priest.
