Hospitali kuu ya Ubora inapatikana katika kaunti ya Kinga. Hii ni mojawapo ya hospitali nyingi katika kaunti hii. Hospitali hii imegawanywa katika sehemu tofauti kila moja ikishughulikia ugonjwa mmoja. Hospitali hii ni ya kipekee. Wagonjwa wengi huenda hapa wanapougua.

Jitihada za wafanyakazi wa hospitali hii huwasaidia wagonjwa wengi kupata matibabu na kuwa na afya bora. Hakujawahi kuwa na visa vya wagonjwa kutohudumiwa vyema hapa. Magonjwa ya aina zote hukabiliwa. Isitoshe huwashauri watu kujikinga na maradhi kwani kinga ni bora kuliko tiba. (Mwasia anapiga gumzo na babu yake. Mazungumzo yanakuwa hivi)
Mwasia:   Shikamoo babu?
Babu:       Marahaba. Umeshindaje mjukuu wangu?
Mwasia:   Nimeshinda vyema. Nashukuru kwa kunijulia hali. Jana ulisema kwamba leo tutazungumzia suala fulani. Ikiwa unayo                     nafasi tunaweza kuzungumza badala ya kuyaweka mambo kiporo.
Babu:       Sawa, kaa kitako tuzungumze. Nilitaka uniambie ni nini kiini cha vijana wa siku hizi kukaidi mila zetu. Kwani                                     mmesahau kwamba mwacha mila ni mtumwa?
Mwasia:   Ni kweli kwamba baadhi ya vijana wameonyesha maasi hasa kwa kuiga utamaduni wa kigeni usiofaa. Inasikitisha                           kuwaona wengine wakivaa mavazi ya aibu, kutumia lugha ya kuudhi na kushiriki ndoa za jinsia moja.
Babu:      (Akatikisa kichwa kwa masikitiko). Haya ni baadhi ya mambo yanayotukera sisi wazee. Suala la mapenzi ya kiholela                       halionekani kama mwiko siku hizi.
Mwasia:   Vijana hawa wanafaa wajirekebishe. Hata hivyo kuna mila ambazo zinafaa kuachwa nyuma kwani haziongezi thamani                   katika maisha ya jamii.
Babu:       Zipi hizo?
Mwasia:   Mila kama kurithi wajane, ukeketaji, kafara ya damu ya binadamu na kuwanyima wasichana urithi zimepitwa na wakati.
Babu:      Sisi wazee tulijiendea tu kama gari lisilo na taa wala kidhibiti mwendo. Mnapaswa kutumia elimu yenu kubadili mkondo                  wa maisha katika jamii.
Mwasia:  Hayo ni kweli babu. Pia vijana lazima watumie akili vizuri wasiwe kama ng'ombe asiye na nadhari. (Wanaendeleza                           mazungumzo kwa muda kisha wanaagana)

Kuku na mwewe walikuwa marafiki wa chanda na petc. Walijitahidi sana kuwalea na kuwaelekeza wana wao kwa njia iliyofaa. Yamkini, walimaizi kuwa mtoto umleavyo ndiyo akuavyo. Aghalabu mwewe aliamka mapema akaanza shughuli ya kusaka riziki. Zipo nyakati, japo kwa nadra sana, ambapo kuku alijitwika jukumu la kutafuta chakula. Chochote walichopata walitumia pamoja, jambo ambalo liliwavutia sana ndege wengine.

Wakati fulani, kiangazi kikali kilivamia enco lile ikawa kwamba mwewe akitoka angekawia hata kwa juma zima kabla ya kurudi na chakula. Wakati mwingine, hata hakuwaona watoto wake kwani alifika usiku na kuamkia kazi mapema. Hata hivyo, hakuwa na wahaka kwani alijua rafikiye kuku alimtunzia wana kama ndugu. Laiti angalijua! Jambo usilolijua ni usiku wa giza totoro.

Mwewe alipitisha majuma mawili bila kuwaona wanawe. Asubuhi moja, alijihisi mchovu akashindwa kufuata shughuli zake za kawaida. Kuku alidhani kuwamwenzake ameshaelekea mawindoni. Mwewe akiwa nje kwenye mti mmoja alimwona kuku akiwapa wanawe kiamshakinywa. Watoto wa mwewe waliodhoofika kupita kiasi waliambiwa kuwa hapakuwa na chakula chao.

Uchungu wa mwana aujuaye ni mzazi Mwewe aliteremka kwa ghadhabu, akamshika mtoto mmoja wa kuku na kumrarua vipandevipande. Kuku alipoona hayo, aliwachukua wanawe waliosalia akatorokea kwa binadamu kuomba hifadhi. Usuhuba wao ulifikia kikomo papo hapo.

Nchi iliyo na misitu hunufaika kwa njia nyingi. Mbali na kuwa makao ya wanyama walio kivutio cha watalii, pia hutupa mvua ya kutosha. Kilimo huendeshwa msimu baada ya msimu hivyo kukabiliana na uhitaji wa chakula. Wakazi wanaweza kutumia miti iliyojikaukia kupata kuni au kuchomea makaa. Isitoshe, wanaweza kupata mbao za kujengea na kuundia samani almradi ukataji wa miti uandamane sambamba na upanzi wa mingine.

Usalama ni uwepo wa amani, bila tishio wala hatari yoyote. Kila mmoja hupenda kukaa palipo na usalama. Mtoto akilelewa katika hali ya vurugu maisha yake huathirika vibaya. Yeye hukosa kujiamini na akiwa mbele ya watu hugeuka bubu. Ni rahisi kumtambua mtoto kama huyo akiwa shuleni. Mara nyingi hujitenga na shughuli wanazoshiriki wenzake hasa michezo, majadiliano na shughuli za vyama vya wanafunzi shuleni.

Ni muhimu kuelewa kuwa wakati mwingine, matendo ya mtu yanaweza kumsababishia utovu wa usalama. Mifano ni wale wanaojipalia makaa kwa kudandia magari yapitayo kwa kasi, kuchezea karibu na barabara au visima vya maji. Wengine huchezeana michezo inayowaweka katika hatari ya kujeruhiana.

Jukumu la kudumisha usalama halifai kuachiwa wazazi na walezi pekee. Lazima tujaliane maslahi popote tulipo. Ukihisi kwamba unakabiliwa na tishio la aina yoyote, mjulishe mzazi, mwalimu au mtu mzima unayemthamini.
