    Hamisi alikuwa mkulima hodari. Alikuwa na shamba kubwa ambalo alipanda nafaka kama vile mahindi, mawele na mtama. Ndege ndio walikuwa tatizo kubwa kwake.Walikuwa wakija shambani kula mazao yake. Jambo hili lilimfanya akasirike na kutafuta njia ya kuwawinga wale ndege na watoto wao wanaojulikana kama kinda.

    Sehemu nyingine ya shamba lake utawapata wafanyi kazi wakipalilia magugu yaliyoota. Magugu ni mabaya kwani hupigania rotuba na mimea mingine. Pia husambaza magonjwa kwa mimea iliyo na afya. Aidha mkulima hutumia jembe ama panga kupalilia.
