It was the dry season. Hyena had walked for days looking for food because he was hungry but he had not been lucky. He was about to give up but he remembered Lion kept his food in his cave. Once the Lion left the cave, Hyena crept in and ate the little food that was remaining. He took time to nibble on the bones and lost track of time. Suddenly the lion appeared and found Hyena in his cave. When hyena saw the Lion he was scared. Lion beat the Hyena mercilessly but he screamed for forgiveness.
