ALTERNATIVE A: DRAWING OR PAINTING 

You are instructed that the use of rulers and other mechanical devices is forbidden in this alternative.

EITHER

1. Using a biro pen or a pencil or pen and ink create a composition from imagination or memory based on the theme ‘Taking a selfie.’
   The working area should measure 35cm by 45cm 
   
   OR

2. Paint a close up study of ‘ a person fastening a shoe’. The work should be in an area measuring 35cm by 45 cm.

ALTERNATIVE B: GRAPHICS

You are instructed that the use of rulers and other mechanical devices as well as tracing paper is allowed.
The color of the working surface (paper) will not be considered as one of the colours required in any question.

EITHER

3. Design a signage for a confectionary shop, SUGAR RUSH that sell waffles, pancakes, doughnuts and sweet treats.
   The work should not be in more than four colours, must have an appropriate slogan and a logo for the shop. The finished work should measure 40cm by 50cm .
   
   OR

4. Design a one- fold menu card for AFROMEAL a restaurant that serves exotic meals of your choice in a space measuring 20 cm by 25 cm in not more than four colors.include appropriate illustrations
