   1. Create a database file that can be used to store the above data and save it as Huduma _Hospital.  (2 marks)
   2. Design THREE tables, one for the Patient_ Details, Account_ Details and Doctors_ Diagnosis (14 marks)
   3. Create a relationship between the three tables       (5 marks)
   4. Using appropriate forms, enter the information given into the Three tables                 (13 marks)
   5. Create a query ;
      1. To display patients who paid via Mpesa. Save the query as Mpesa Payments        (2 marks)
      2. To display the number of day’s patients stayed in the hospital. Save the query as Days Spend        (4 marks)
   6. Create a report showing all patients whose arrears (unpaid balances) are greater than 5000. Save the report as Patient Arrears         (5 marks)
   7. Print out the following:
      1. Patient_ Details, Account_ Details and Doctors_ Diagnosis tables        (3 marks)
      2. Mpesa payments query        (1 mark)
      3. Patient Arrears  report                                             (1 mark)
2. The Battle Within intends to use a Desktop Publishing program to design the following publication that will feature in a newspaper. Assume you have been assigned the task.
   1. Open a Desktop Publishing Program and apply the following:
      1. Page layout orientation: Portrait  (1 mark)
      2. Paper size: A4 (1 mark)
      3. All Margins: 0.5” (4 marks)
      4. Save the publication as The Battle Within (2 marks)
   2. Design the publication as it appears ensuring it covers the entire printable area.    (35 marks)
   3. Insert the header and footer and format them as follows:
